Krystle Baylon

APRN, FNP-C

Krystle is a board-certified nurse practitioner and experienced nurse injector with a background in critical care and aesthetics. After several years of travel nursing, Krystle advanced her career by becoming a nurse practitioner and pursuing her passion in aesthetics. She co-founded and co-owns 4esthetics Lounge, a thriving medical aesthetics practice in Lexington. 

Jennifer Marie Bleser

APRN, CRNA

Jennifer has been a Nurse in the state of Kentucky for over 20 years.  While helping to deliver babies for the first 5 years of her career, she decided that she wanted to advance her practice and obtain her Masters in Anesthesia. Her love for aesthetics and skilled practice pushed her to study the art of injectables. She has helped mold opinion statements at the KBN and shift aesthetic practice in the state of Kentucky for all APRNs. She is now the Owner and Injector at Skin Esteem LLC in Northern Kentucky. She also teaches injectables for many of the top pharmaceutical companies in the US.

Emilee Evans

RN

Emilee is a certified nurse injector with a background in peri-operative services and aesthetics. As co-founder and co-owner of 4Esthetics Lounge, she has combined her love for nursing and aesthetics to create comprehensive plans for her patients that make them feel and look their best.

Rachel Hamilton

Licensed Aesthetician

Rachel, Licensed Aesthetician at Wells Plastic Surgery and Skin Care, has focused on medical grade skin care and treatments for over 22 years. As one of the first licensed Aestheticians in KY, Rachel is well recognized in the industry.  Early in her career, she worked alongside Dermatologist, Dr. Joseph Bark, and helped develop the first medical skin care center in the region.  She is passionate about providing excellent patient care, and working within her patient’s lifestyle, goals and resources to deliver the most beneficial and effective treatment.

Alana Leavell

APRN, FNP-C

Alana earned her Master’s Degree in Nursing from Eastern Kentucky University and holds her national certification through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She is a member of AANP and KCNPNM.  Alana has worked as an aesthetic injector for 4 years, after practicing Primary Care and Emergency medicine in Danville, Kentucky.  Alana has also continued to support nursing education as ancillary clinical faculty since 2017 with Eastern Kentucky University in their BSN and FNP programs.

Corie May

APRN, FNP-C

Corie earned her Master’s Degree from Easten Kentucky University and holds her national certification through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Although her background is in Emergency Medicine, her true passion is improving the lives of others through medical aesthetics. Corie is co-owner of 4esthetics Lounge in Lexington Kentucky, where she is able to uplift the people of her community and restore their youthful confidence.

Lauren Meade

MSPAS, PA-C

Lauren earned her Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Kentucky and holds her national certification through NCCPA. Lauren has worked as an aesthetic injector for 9 years, starting her career in the field of plastic surgery in Chicago. Lauren has trained under the industry’s best aesthetic medical providers, and for the past 4 years has worked as a GAIN trainer for Galderma, where she trains other providers to perform safe and effective aesthetic injectable treatments. She currently practices at Calospa in Lexington, KY under plastic surgeon Bradley Calobrace, MD.

Katie Robinson

APRN, FNP-C

Katie earned her Master’s Degree in Nursing from Chamberlain University and holds her national certification through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, where she is a member. Katie has worked as an aesthetic injector for 3 years, after practicing Emergency Medicine nursing for 8 years. After getting her start in aesthetics, Katie opened her own aesthetic medicine practice, 4esthetics Lounge, in Lexington, KY alongside 3 other owners with the goal to destigmatize aesthetic medicine. Katie has a passion for education and teaching within the medical aesthetics field.

Chantel Unseld

APRN

Chantel has been a registered nurse since 2000 and further advanced her degree to become a nurse practitioner in 2006. She has a background in women’s health and gynecology, and became a certified nurse injector in 2011. She is the owner of Skin Deep Rejuvenation Center in Bardstown KY where she specializes in injectable neuromodulators, fillers, lasers, skin tightening and resurfacing.

Susan Wells

Susan has over 40 years of experience in Plastic Surgical Nursing. She co-owns and is the managing partner of Wells Plastic Surgery & Skin Care in Lexington, KY  where she practices collaboratively with her husband Dr. Henry Wells, Jr.  She is Past President of the Society of Plastic Surgical Skin Care Specialists, speaks nationally on the topics of aesthetic care & practice management, and contributed content for the certification exam for Aesthetic Nurse Specialists (CANS). She was the first Nurse injector in Central/Eastern Kentucky and is a GAIN trainer for Galderma.
