Membership |
Membership is open to professionals regulated by a statutory professional board in the state of Kentucky; this includes: physicians, dentists, nurse practitioners, physician associates, registered nurses, and licensed estheticians. Members must be practicing in the state of Kentucky and perform medical aesthetic treatments.
Please note that the application process is only automatic if you meet certain criteria. Please fill out the the online application form; if you are brought to the payment page, no further action is required. If you get to a screen that reads, "Thank you for your interest in KAMAP- a representative will be in contact with further questions", you can expect to hear from us in 3-5 business days with any further information that's needed to complete your membership application.
The information provided in this application will not be shared with third parties and will not be retained if membership expires or is withdrawn.
